In distressed debt, the priority is to work with the borrower to get them back on track through several options. There are many exit strategies when buying debt and each transaction is carefully examined for more than one exit strategy, including foreclosure.

Sherry has been active in real estate since the 1980’s when she first obtained her real estate license in MI. After living in the cold regions of Minnesota and Colorado, she now lives in Florida. After moving to Florida, she obtained her real estate license again and found her way back into investments.
